When on arrival please check the property and make yourself familiar with everything. Please make sure the key is kept safe at all times if any keys are lost or broken there will be a charge for this plus when leaving the property please put the key back in a key safe box. While staying in the property there should be NO smoking in the property if there are any signs of smoking this will incur a cost for extra cleaning. Please be aware that there should be NO parties or large gatherings at the property as you must respect neighbours and other guests. There should be NO illegal activities on the property as the police will be called. Any damages to property, while you are staying, will be charged accordingly, this is why it is very important to check the property on arrival as we do check properties before you arrive this is for everyone’s piece of mind. All rubbish MUST be put in the wheelie bins on departure. The red top bin is for recycling and the blacktop bin is for household rubbish. All washing up should be done and put away as we require you to leave the property as you checked into the property, there will be extra costs for this as it is a longer cleaning time. Checking-in time is 3.00 and checking-out time is 10.00 if you go over this time there will be an extra cost as a cleaner is paid to start at this time.
